The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the

Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

What You'll Do

Post jobs on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various online job boards

Create temporary and permanent offers of employment in Critical Mass’ ATS

Schedule interviews with candidates and Critical Mass career developers

Conduct reference checks on candidates

Assist with managing administration for project employees and vendors joining and exiting Critical Mass

Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various projects

Must-Haves

Aptitude for confidentially receiving and processing sensitive information

Exceptional people skills, diplomacy, and a customer service focused attitude

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Experience in recruitment or administration preferred
