The candidate will be preparing, drafting, and coordinating legal documents for filing/service with various courts, in various jurisdictions. Handling telephone calls and conference calls to/from attorneys, clients and staff; processing mail. Preparing and processing new client matter reports, time sheets and expense reports; scheduling and coordinating conferences, meetings and appointments; coordinating travel arrangements. Managing work flow, providing assistance to others including visitors, paralegals, summer associates and attorneys whose secretaries are absent and accepting overflow work from other secretaries. Should preferably have 5+ years of litigation legal secretarial experience.
