Legal Account Resolution Specialist/Collector
The candidate' will be responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. They notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments. All consumers of our clients are in the post-lawsuit, legal stage of collections; preparing files for additional legal action is an important responsibility in this role. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Should have 1-3 years relevant business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Type 30 wpm with accuracy. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
