2023 Intern - Digital Media (JD)
The candidate will participate in meetings regarding trending topics, strategy, and organizational changes. Will interact with many legal professionals and other staff at Adobe, including product teams and go-to-market teams, who develop and launch Adobe’s products and services. Work with different teams within Digital Media Legal on short and long-term projects and day-to-day responsibilities, which may include: Supporting Digital Media product development and releases. Drafting a wide variety of agreements (ex. consulting agreements, SOWs, inbound and outbound technology licenses). Conducting research to support product development. Developing and refining guidelines, processes, templates, and resources for internal use and training. Working on projects in areas as diverse as artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), university collaboration, and developer tools. Must be a Second-year law student (current 2L) in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA-accredited law school. Should have a strong academic record as well as experience that demonstrates promise for a successful career in the legal profession. The ability to organize, prioritize and handle workloads, as well as excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills, are required.
