The Associate HR Manager position reports to the Regional Sr Human Resource Manager, and provides strategic HR support. This position plays a lead role with employee and labor relations matters, executes HR policies and procedures, and ensures data integrity in SAP (HRIS system) and People Solutions.\u00a0 The role requires significant customer- and business partner orientation, the ability to work independently and influence at a senior level to effectively support behavioral, effective ER change. Additionally, and most importantly, the role will serve as a steward of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group\u2019s values and organizational behaviors helping to shape our culture. The employee has the option of living and working in Northlake, IL and OR Racine, WI . With responsibility for multiple sites in WI and IL. The role requires up to 50% travel in WI and IL region, the majority will be day trips, with limited overnights as needed. : $5,000 sign on bonus for out of state candidates\u00a0 Partner with Area Director and Branch Managers to develop annual workforce strategy (perform workforce analysis including turnover, total compensation, organizational structure, engagement, etc) Coach and develop business partners in the areas of performance and talent management Assist HR Manager with regional development and facilitation of various training initiatives predicated on business needs and corporate goals. Manage daily employee and labor relations and perform initial investigations in regard to employee complaints and policy violations. Escalate to Regional HR Manager when necessary. Implement and monitor HR compliance with DPS policy, HR systems, and federal\/state law (including but not limited to 1-9s, personnel files, Worker\u2019s Compensation, EEO, ADA, FMLA) Track and report on open positions and help manage position requisition process for internal transfers to ensure accuracy of postings and internal movement. Champion the \u201cCall to Action\u201d initiatives, statement of business principles, Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity and inclusiveness and utilize them to build a positive work environment. Research and respond to initial unemployment requests for data as well as scheduling and notifying participants of upcoming hearings. Develop basic communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, termination letters, and other correspondence). We take great pride in offering our people benefits that are competitive. Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university OR, currently enrolled in college courses and in process of receiving a Bachelor's degree. 3 years\u2019 of HR Generalist and employee relations experience supporting a business group with remote and\/or field-based employees in a manufacturing or sales and distribution setting 5 years\u2019 experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\u00a0 is one of North America\u2019s leading refreshment beverage companies, manufacturing, bottling and distributing more than 50 brands of carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, mixers, waters and other premium beverages.
