Legal Assistant-Prosecutor Child Support
The candidate will be responsible for providing child support services, preparing pleadings and other correspondence to ensure custodial parties receive their Court ordered support payments, and providing assistance to Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys. Should have High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related office experience. Must have Knowledge of County courts system and operations, including laws and legal terminology, administrative regulations, and official court policies and practices. Ability to apply appropriate procedures to assigned duties accordingly. Should have Knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation and ability to type with speed and accuracy. Ability to prepare pleadings, petitions, and related correspondence is needed.
