Participants in the Engineering Trainee program rotate through various engineering departments within Goodrich to learn all aspects of the design, test, analysis and customer support of aircraft wheels and brakes. The typical Engineering Trainee program lasts 12 to 18 months with each rotation assignment lasting 3 to 4 months in duration. During each rotation, the Engineering Trainee will support unique engineering assignments and responsibilities as required to support the design, test, analysis, and customer support of aircraft wheels and brakes. Typically, participants in the Engineering Trainee program will take a full-time regular position in one of the Engineering Departments upon completion of the program.
