The candidate will share responsibility for supporting member companies worldwide in order to ensure member retention. Develop understanding of member company business and how firm products are deployed. Stay apprised of anti-bribery legal developments in order to understand the challenges facing members in all jurisdictions. Support Members to develop and solidify relationships at every level of the member organization and to provide a memorable member experience at every touch point. Become a trusted advisor to members by presenting the features and benefits of membership tools and services that will best satisfy their current and future needs. Demonstrate an extraordinary level of customer service to ensure outstanding member experiences. Manage day-to-day member communications, independently troubleshooting problems and escalating to the right department as needed. Proactively communicate with and follow-up with members by phone and email regarding benefits. Onboard new members and schedule follow up demonstrations and calls as needed. Maintain familiarity of relevant technology and industry developments, based on member portfolio and firm product portfolio. Refer high risk accounts to Senior Management as appropriate. Perform other related duties as required by management.
