eDiscovery Manager
The candidate will support eDiscovery Senior Manager in managing multiple eDiscovery and litigation matters. Serve as liaison between Legal and IT team to manage the full end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle processes, procedures, and policies. Collaborate with internal and outside counsel, preferred providers, and case management personnel to identify and execute effective and efficient document preservation, collection, and review methods appropriate to each matter to manage document collections and reviews. Direct responsibility for, and involvement in, the document production process including coordination of document review protocol, privilege logs, and electronic discovery logs with preferred vendors and outside counsel. Manage data collection in connection with litigation, government, and regulatory investigations including Civil Investigative Demands. Support and collaborate with Corporate Growth and Transactions Center of Excellence in mergers and acquisitions work including Harts-Scott Rodino filings and Second Requests. Collaborate with outside counsel in the preparation of Electronic Stipulation Information pleadings, Protective Orders, and other pleadings related to the management of the eDiscovery process. Assist in creating presentations on evolving eDiscovery landscape to key stakeholders. Manage the issuance of legal holds, reminders, and conduct custodian interviews. Assist in International eDiscovery projects. Track and measure the volume and costs associated with eDiscovery for yearly metrics.
