We are open to hiring for remote work in any location, but candidates who are local to Dublin, OH would be able to work in our office and/or remote.As a Strategy and Insights Manager, you will be responsible for developing the integrated insights and strategic planning efforts for our client work. Understanding the consumer or audience, you will proactively participate in informing and inspiring the creative process, and working on a cross-functional team. You will help create strategic recommendations for clients' business and help build strong brands through innovating the customer experience.Preferred Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Sociology, or equivalent knowledge gained through education and/or work experiencePrior experience working in an agency environmentPrior experience managing client projects and working in a cross-functional team environmentEngaging presentation skillsStrong written and verbal skillsWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
