Legal Administrative Assistant - LIT/CML
The candidate will draft correspondence, prepare, edit and file pleadings with State and Federal courts, schedule depositions, file maintenance, travel arrangements, expense reports, time entry, review and edit of pre-bills, maintain attorney calendars, manage client contacts/calls, and assist attorneys in moving cases forward, including trial preparation. Should have 5+ years of experience with litigation support, and trial prep. Strong experience calendaring litigation deadlines is required. Strong filing / e-filing experience in State and Federal courts, ECF and Pacer is required. Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems is required. Paralegal experience is a plus.
