A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience in transactional and corporate law to join its Corporate and Tax Group. This role offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, regulatory compliance, and business succession planning. Location:

• Radnor, PA

Duties:

• Work directly with clients on a wide range of corporate transactions

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and transaction-related documents

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, governance, and business structuring

• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring matters

• Support business succession planning initiatives

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and real estate practice groups

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work

• Ability to handle complex matters in a deadline-driven environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong commitment to professionalism and client service

• Demonstrated interest in business law and corporate advisory work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Broad understanding of general corporate law

• Proficiency in legal drafting and transactional documentation

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
