Paralegal
The candidate will assist the President with administrative and paraprofessional duties relating to commercial contracts, litigation support, property management and licensing. This role will also work cross-functionally with multiple other department including, without limitation, Accounting, Sales, and Construction. Review and edit commercial contracts. Maintaining database of contractor and specialty licenses. Provide litigation and legal support. Support transactional diligence requests relative to acquisitions. Support post acquisition integration. Manage and keep current all payment and investor portals. Manage business license applications and renewals. Work across functional areas to support special contract compliance. Act as general administrative support. Must have College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 3+ years or more in a support role for executive staff or legal staff. Real estate experience a plus. Should have strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Paralegal Certificate is required. Strong communication skills are required. Notary preferred or willingness to obtain notary within the first year.
