Associate General Counsel – B2B

The candidate will function as lead counsel to the B2B business unit while collaborating with the other members of the Legal team. Review, draft, and negotiate all domestic and international commercial agreements such as supply agreements with CPG and food service companies, marketing agreements, NDAs, and MTAs. Provide practical, strategic counsel to the head of the business unit and his team including risk evaluation and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with business leads, Deputy General Counsel-Food Law, and external counsel in managing labeling, marketing claims, food safety, co-branding, and privacy matters. Provide counsel in strategic investments and M&A opportunities. Develop and deploy new contract templates to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with IP counsel in providing education, guidance & advice on patent, trademark, and trade secret law issues to business stakeholders.
