Immigration Law Attorney (PERM & I-140) with 5+ years’ experience.

A PERM & I-140 Attorney who will join our team will need to have the following experience:

• Work closely with firm partners and senior level attorneys on high-end corporate client PERM and I-140 matters, while mentoring/assisting a team of paralegals.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of PERM and I-140 team management in strategizing, reviewing, and preparing complex PERM applications, recruitment and I-140 RFE responses.
• Responsible for review of ongoing caseloads of at least 40 PERMs and 20+ I-140 matters (including RFE’s) on a monthly basis.
• Engage in daily correspondence and phone calls with clients and sponsoring employers, providing strategic advice and guidance.
• Must have an expert understanding of the overall employment-based and IV process.
• Must have a comprehensive integration of case management software in both team leadership and case completion.
