Seeking Commercial Real Estate And Title Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in real estate and business transactional work. The candidate must have hands-on experience reviewing complex titles, analyzing and solving title issues of all sorts, managing settlements and a settlement practice, and drafting the documents necessary to conduct a commercial real estate practice. The ideal candidate must seek to contribute and make a difference. The Maryland Bar is required and the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia Bars are a plus. Must be committed to business development and actively involved in the community to promote own and Firm practice areas. Portable business is required. Would consider a relationship with an existing title and settlement group with the necessary sophistication. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work as a team player, attention to detail and sound judgment are all qualities important.
