Compliance Officer
Duties: Work closely with leadership to evaluate our operations and strategy in light of various regulatory and compliance requirements. Maintain a compliance architecture for affiliates, and manage the daily operations of the compliance program. Communicate with key stakeholders regarding compliance-related topics. Consult with various business units to ensure a culture of compliance, including the development of relevant policies and procedures. Oversee company-wide education on compliance-related requirements. Audit and monitor compliance the compliance health of affiliated entities, and developing plans to improve compliance. Develop and maintain a data privacy program and policies consistent with state medical laws. Organize and develop a cadence for Compliance Committee meetings. Evaluate reports of potential non-compliant activities. Partner with our research development team to ensure compliance with clinical trials, and appropriate use of clinical data.
