Small South Bay firm is looking to add a legal secretary to their team with 3+ years of experience, a litigation background (employment law preferred), E-filing (state and federal) experience, and court calendaring experience. Firm is offering a competitive salary.
Legal Secretary Duties Include:
· E-filing (state and federal)
· Entering attorney time
· Client correspondence
· Preparing templates and finalizing legal documents

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; drafting pleadings and correspondence, review of attorney billing, heavy filing in state and federal courts (including e-filing), revisions and calendaring of meetings and court dates, scheduling travel etc.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word (including the use of document versions and redlining, TOA and TOC), proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
