Litigation Paralegal

The candidate will be drafting complaints and other legal documents. Helping attorneys prepare cases and exhibits for trial. Investigating facts, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing evidence. Preparing discovery requests and responses. Conducting research. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutes of limitation and other deadlines and rules. Assisting and representing the firm in many settings, i.e. deposition proceedings, company events, etc. Being accessible via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat for efficient communication with the team. Must Have 2+ years of civil litigation experience in Georgia as a Litigation Paralegal to become part of our team. Our growing practice is composed of a tight-knit group of case managers and administrators supporting our legal staff in the development and resolution of pre-litigation and litigation matters. This paralegal position represents a great opportunity to gain experience not only in litigation, but in leadership and strategic planning as well.
