• Assist in defending against regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with privacy and security obligations.
• Handle privacy and cybersecurity breach response, including developing strategies and managing litigation.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on evolving data privacy and security laws.
• Prepare and deliver effective written and oral communications.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in privacy and cybersecurity law, either in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Demonstrated experience in privacy and cybersecurity breach response or related litigation.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security laws.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize effectively.
• Motivation to learn and understand technology and forensic investigations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
