Transactional Real Estate Paralegal

The candidate will be assisting attorneys in preparing and reviewing letters of intent, purchase and sale contracts, loan documents, leases, license agreements, easements, deeds, organizational charts, secretary of state filings and fictitious business name filings. Assisting attorneys in conducting title review, prepare related title objection notices or responses and work closely with escrow officers and title underwriters. Undergraduate degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Accredited Program. Should have 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate law. Comprehensive knowledge of loan processes, escrow and real estate documentation. Extensive experience working directly with clients. Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and writing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Superior organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
