Finance Assistant
The candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. This role will also be a part of the wire transactions team, focusing on setting up wires for various closings and transactions. Additional duties may be assigned. Technologically savvy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills, must be analytical and detail-oriented. Familiarity with LMS is helpful, but not required. Ability to comfortably interact with attorneys and staff. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
