Candidate should be able to create/revise documents in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel; Convert documents to Word and other applications and apply numbering schemes/styles/templates/track changes; prepare Table of Contents/Table of Authorities for briefs; PDF's-create/revise forms, make PDF's searchable, redact information, combine, bookmark, and Bates number PDF's; Create mail mergers; Compare documents; Troubleshoot and respond to Help Desk questions; Communicate with attorneys and paralegals regarding submitted work. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, IManage Document Management System, ECopy PDF Pro, CompareDocs, Roxio and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Schedule: 20 hours per week; 4pm-9pm four days per week
