Duties: Draft, review, analyze and negotiate complex commercial agreements (SaaS/cloud-based licensing services, vendor contracts, NDAs, RFPs, ). Develop and implement standards and policies surrounding privacy and data protection practices. Advise business stakeholders. Work with senior executives to help mitigate corporate risk. Collaborate with HR to develop and implement company policies. Employee support - hiring contracts/severance/etc.. Develop and maintain a contract playbook. Participate in diligence analyses. Support M&A activity. Manage external legal resources. Create and implement cross-functional training processes.
