Assistant Counsel
The candidate will review, draft and negotiate agreements with company Money Transfer and Payments prospects in coordination with responsible senior lawyers, business leaders and other internal stakeholders. Will also provide legal assistance to senior lawyers in the department, along with provide strategic legal advice to business partners within the company and coordinate with outside counsel. Advise on licensing and other regulatory requirements in the region relating to company activities and products. Must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited school of law, admitted to at least one U.S. state bar, along with 3+ years of experience, post Juris Doctorate. Will also have proven experience working within a law firm or corporate environment, ideally couple with financial services or banking experience.
