The candidate will be assuming a position of leadership within the group. Overseeing the development of defense strategy. Conducting investigations to evaluate liabilities. Litigating cases from the pleadings stage through trial. "A" in Legal Writing and 3.3 or better GPA in law school is required. Should have 4-5 years of litigation experience. NY admission is required. Admission in NJ is preferred.
