Corporate Counsel - Privacy (Marketing)

The candidate will partner closely with our marketing, sales, and other business teams on data protection-related matters, developing and providing training, and emphasizing the importance of privacy while delivering practical and business-minded legal advice. Will advise on privacy and legal issues, risks, and requirements for lead generation and marketing outreach activities. Develop and automate processes to scale efficiencies and privacy controls. Develop and iterate on privacy-related notices, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist corporate, product, and marketing teams with developing marketing collateral to tell privacy stories. Research and evaluate the applicability and impact of global privacy laws, legislation and regulatory guidance on marketing campaigns, customer outreach and service offerings. Advise on requirements for new technologies to be used for advertising and marketing, including cookies or other tracking technologies.
