The feed mill controller is responsible for manufacturing feed in accordance with standard operating procedures established at the feed mill. The controller will be responsible for operating the computer automation systems required to receive ingredients, grind grains, mix and pellet feed. The controller will operate the processing equipment according to established standard operating procedures. The controller is responsible for compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
Essential Duties
Operate manufacturing equipment
Operate the automation system
Manufacture feed in accordance with quality assurance policies, standard operating procedures, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices
Perform routine housekeeping
Comply with all company policies
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and regulations
QI (Qualified Individual) for this area
Additional Duties
Operate a pallet jack and forklift
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
High School Degree or Equivalent
Knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to lift 55 pounds and climb ladder

2ND SHIFT (United States of America)
