Attorney Fellow

Duties : Will join a team of lawyers providing legal and strategic advice to the university and will assist with a variety of legal and policy issues that confront a large urban teaching and research institution. Contract review and drafting, student and academic matters, litigation, regulatory compliance, and general advice to university clients. Assignments may also include issues related to health law, intellectual property and technology transfer, business and real estate, and employment and labor law.
