Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Duties: Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, supports the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance in the development and submission of timely program applications and annual reviews; and the collection, organization and publication of program offerings information. Supports all departments in operational compliance including, including academic affairs, marketing, finance, information technology and accreditation and assessment, as well as completing quality reviews of operational policies and procedures for compliance with internal and external criteria or standards, laws, rules, and regulations. Contributes to detailed research and analysis of new and existing regulations, and related state, federal laws or rules or accreditation requirements for assurance of regulatory compliance of College operations. Assists with state authorization, program approval and professional licensure research, data collection and reporting to ensure accurate program development, student advising, and admissions requirements. Assists with preparation of new and renewal state authorization applications with keen eye for detail and accuracy and compliance with strict deadlines. Provides additional support for the program offerings database/compliance archive and public webpages to include the update and addition of:. Availability of ACE program offerings. State Licensure certification information. Required disclosures and FAQ’s. ACE offerings Report generation. Assists with production of publications, such as catalog and handbooks, and compliance training materials or SOP’s as applicable. Collaborates on and assist with the production of College wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Supports all ACE departments in operational compliance including regional and program accreditation activities, as needed.
