Co-director of the Mediation Clinic

The Candidate will be responsible for supervising students as they mediate civil harassment restraining orders, collections, unlawful detainers, limited civil cases, restorative justice cases, criminal cases, and more in Riverside County and Orange County venues. Ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the Mediation Clinic programs. Co-teaching one section of the Mediation Clinic seminar and/or Criminal Justice Dispute Resolution seminar, as well as the Advanced Mediation Clinic seminar and/or Advanced Criminal Justice Dispute Resolution seminar, in each of the fall, spring, and summer terms. Collecting and organizing data for monthly and quarterly reports. Performing other clinic-related duties as assigned.
