The candidate represent clients on nearly every facet of commercial real property development and finance, from formation of ownership entities through project planning, land acquisition, loan negotiation, leasing, management, sale, workout and foreclosure. We advise on the acquisition, financing, land use planning, zoning, construction, leasing and sale of real property. Should have 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have deal expertise in commercial acquisitions (including title and survey review) and dispositions, leasing, real estate debt, equity and/or capital markets transactions. Top academic credentials, drafting and communication skills required.
