Location:

• Roseland, NJ

Duties:

• Manage individual caseload under partner supervision.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and responses to discovery.
• Conduct legal research and draft memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend inspections.
• Consult with expert witnesses as necessary.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of litigation experience, with familiarity in New York and New Jersey court rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of professional liability defense is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar Licenses in both New Jersey and New York.
