Business Intelligence Engagement Associate

(BIEA) you will work with various Healthgrades teams and marketing contacts within hospital clients using Healthgrades’ Business Intelligence platform tools (Consumer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation, and Physician Relationship Management) to assist in fulfilling the client’s marketing and reporting needs.

What you will do:

Write, explain and finalize marketing communication list criteria with clients

Perform basic data queries to inform strategy development or satisfy client reporting needs

Provide ongoing education for clients for their business intelligence platform tools

Work with clients to clarify the business need behind report requests, and help to define parameters and result format

Leverage internal resources to resolve client questions and concerns, escalating when appropriate

What you will bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional support (or similar) role

Past experience directly interacting with contacts within client organizations

Experience analyzing, interpreting, manipulating, and explaining data to clients

Proficient using MS Office Suite, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Digital media experience with email marketing, Google Analytics, and/or social outreach is a plus
