The candidate will be primarily focused on personal injury litigation files. Prior legal experience is preferred. Prior personal injury experience is also preferred. Must be able to work well with others, have a positive attitude, and be punctual. Should be personal injury litigation experienced. Should be well-versed in client communication, answering and drafting discovery, drafting petitions, and filing motions/pleadings online on the e-serve Texas filing website. Should have Typing/computer skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy; Great listening, verbal and written communication skills; and Bilingual (Spanish) abilities a plus.
