Intellectual Property Technical Specialist Intern

The candidate will gain experience working with lawyers and agents to obtain an in-depth understanding of products or technologies and the documentation requirements to communicate it accurately and effectively to draft patent applications under the supervision of the firm's partners. Also assist patent lawyers in all stages of the patent process, including freedom-to-operate preparation, application drafting and prosecution. Should have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. A strong commitment to client service is required. Excellent administrative and proofreading skills are needed. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential. Should have a strong sense of urgency and professional dedication.
