The candidate will provide front-line commercial legal support for all **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. operations, particularly in regard to commercial contracts. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex contracts in compliance with company policies and risk tolerance profile. Consult with business leaders and provide guidance on the legal aspects of policies, procedures and processes to accomplish company objectives. Support finance functions with credit and financing programs. Support mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) team with strategic transactions. Provide contract lifecycle management, legal, and ethics and compliance training to employees. JD degree is required. Should have 5-8 years of experience with general commercial transactions, including contract drafting, credit and financing. Experience with M&A activity is preferred. Should be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
