Mid-Level Employee Benefits Global Equity Associate (CA)
The candidate will deliver exceptional, innovative solutions – and create outstanding, sustainable results for our industry-shaping clients; will have the opportunity to be surrounded by peers who possess complimentary expertise that allow for collaboration in finding solutions, and the chance to direct their own growth and pursue a wide range of practice opportunities for clients with diverse needs; will enhance how one of the world’s leading law firms combines practice-area expertise, modern industry insights, and an expansive geographic footprint to help our clients shape their businesses and industries. Should have an associate with 3-6 years of experience; have a solid interest or background in global equity incentive programs; the ability to handle other cross-border regulatory issues, and may have familiarity with international tax and/or employment matters. Should have relevant law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools. An LLM in tax law and/or employee benefits law is preferred, but not required. Must be licensed to practice in California.
