We are seeking a Solicitor to join our Mergers and Acquisitions Group in our International Funds team.
About the role
Our team is a market-leading practice that specialises in investment funds, financial services mergers and acquisitions and financial services law. In this role you can expect to work on a mix of regulatory and transactional matters.
Our funds team creates innovative solutions for local and foreign participants in the financial services industry, including fund managers, institutional investors, banks and other financial institutions. Our Partners are highly regarded and commended for the breadth and depth of their expertise across the financial services, funds and regulatory landscape.
This role will report in to Jim Boynton
who has over 35 years of experience in investment funds, products and services. Jim assists clients to establish businesses in Australia, to develop products and to obtain licences. He also assists institutional investors to invest in investment funds and financial institutions to invest in and dispose of financial services businesses. Jim is a long-standing advisor to several leading Australian and global financial institutions.
