A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling complex disputes across various sectors, including business, commercial, and white-collar litigation. Duties

• Conduct legal research and handle discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct witness interviews.
• Draft pleadings, write briefs, and prepare and argue motions.
• Prepare for trial and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of solid litigation experience, preferably with trial experience.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• California Bar membership in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
