Client Reviews Analyst

Profile

Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a Client Reviews Analyst to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The ideal candidate is expected to review and respond to reviews. The candidate will also focus on improving the firm's image and reputation on social media.

Responsibilities

Monitor all websites that have reviews regarding IBKR

Interact with clients and respond to reviews

Liaison with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues

Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Marketing

Understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem solver, attention to detail, fast learner, and team player

Analytical, self-motivated and directed

Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite products

Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses
