Duties: Processing New Matter Forms for U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright cases, general files, IP litigation, and PTO litigation files, within established department procedures and service level agreements. Processing and docketing due dates for all incoming correspondence and filings related to U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and PTAB litigation matters. Processing corrections and revisions of docket-related information in firm databases and department records. Preparing, reviewing, and circulating recurring and ad-hoc docket reports. Providing assistance for special projects, including assisting with the review and docketing of new and transfer-in matters.
