Commercial Counsel
Duties: Support Global Sales. Negotiate and draft software license agreements, support services agreements, and data processing agreements with customers. Coordinate with Business Partners. Partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes. Inbound Purchasing Contracts. Negotiate inbound purchase agreements, including, software licenses and SaaS grants, and services agreements.
Help Scale the Business. Improve, scale, and document company processes. Serve as a Privacy Expert. Advise on all aspects of global privacy laws, including data protection, data retention, data security and data breach rules. Maintain and improve privacy compliance program (data transfers, processing, privacy policies, staff training, etc). Employee Training. Conduct periodic employee training on any of the above.
Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience at a law firm, in-Commercial Counsel
