Senior .Net Developer

Our client is a market leading provider of cloud-based lead management solutions.
They were founded in 2004, and today serves more than 5,000 customers from a wide range of markets, with particular success in financial services, insurance and higher education industries. They are looking for a Senior .Net Developer.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our on-demand lead management application. You should possess strong application development experience and a strong desire to build cutting edge software.
Responsibilities include being creative, inventive and inspired to build great software. Work with professional services, product development, sales and executive teams to architect new features and functionality. Learn and deploy the latest Microsoft technologies and mentor less senior staff to do the same.
Required Skills/Experience
7 years of commercial application development experience in a Windows environment
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies a must including; C#, SQL 2005, MVC, Web Services
Experience with on-demand, SaaS, ASP software helpful
Understanding of business workflow and corporate goal analysis
Large multi-tier apps w/ thousands of simultaneous users
Extremely detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High enthusiasm and consistent follow-through
Confidence and experience working with the public
Honesty and helpfulness with a strong desire to succeed in the position
B.S. or B.A. College Degree
Scrum / Agile experience preferred
UML 1.0 / 2.0 experience preferred
