CRM Marketing Analyst

The candidate will serve as the marketing department lead for updating and editing the firm’s 50,000-contact database. Oversee and ensure the integrity of all CRM data and mailing lists. Manage and process data change tickets and respond to user inquiries. Create and analyze reports to influence marketing and business development targeting and strategy. Provide training and support to partners and employees to promote best practices. Other projects and duties as assigned. Should have 2+ years of CRM experience; experience with InterAction is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong attention to detail, and organizational, and analytical skills are required. Experience in a law firm or other professional services setting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology, analytics, business development, and targeted outreach.
