The candidate will be coordinating and receiving board and committee meeting materials and arranging for the execution of documents as required. Working with other members of the team on special projects and initiatives. Liaising with external service providers, including our legal counsel, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Should possess a bachelor’s degree and completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program is a plus while bringing 5 years of paralegal experience focusing on corporate governance at an in-house legal department and/or law firm. Demonstrate strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications coupled with familiarity and understanding of corporate records, such as certificates of formation, operating agreements, minutes, and resolutions. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and superior project management and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
