The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house applications with cloud-based software

Develop batch applications using .net, oracle

Develop online applications using JavaScript, .net and oracle

Develop utilizing modern web development frameworks.

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Systems Architect

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience in design, development, support and implementation of Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance software to generate and process Policy Renewals, CIRB Estimated Experience Ratings and Policy Audits

84 months of experience with development, and maintenance of software to support Workers' compensation insurance processes, including implementation of workers' compensation insurance proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines.

84 months of experience in development and support of software solutions for billing and collections process, including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

84 months of experience in development and support of software solutions for billing and collections process, including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

84 months of experience in developing and implementing software related to policy premium computation following the guidelines, regulations and experience modification algorithm as per the current state guidelines.

84 months of experience in developing and implementing software related to policy premium computation following the guidelines, regulations and experience modification algorithm promulgated by NYCIRB.

84 months' experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL Developer to implement the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing, and advanced query optimization

48 months of experience with creating, editing, and manipulating ACORD AL3 data format and transformation, including data compression and encryption.
