The candidate will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances and client interaction. Should have active CA Bar membership in good standing. Should have solid academic background (top law school or excellent grades). Should have 5+ years of experience at a reputable large or small firm. Should be able to manage a full case load of workers’ compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Past experience with professional sports cases is desired.
