The candidate will maintain and update the CMS, hosting and infrastructure for BIPC.com and all Firm blogs. Manage website and blog updates, including the development of new features and functionality based on usability, testing and performance against business goals. Test functionality and accessibility compliance across multiple browsers, platforms and devices, including smartphones and tablets. Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines. Conceptualization, design and produce digital assets (banner ads, email and website templates) that adhere to set brand guidelines and corporate identity. Recommend, optimize and update website graphics including but not limited to homepage images, attorney profile photos and other on-page images. Shoot and edit professional-quality videos using software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and/or Motion 5. Perform basic video post-production tasks and basic animation. Stay up to date on the latest updates to ModX, WordPress and other related applications. Work directly with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical errors or issues. Perform special projects as assigned by Business Development and Marketing senior management. Interface with all levels of staff and exercises judgment in interpreting the needs of various departments and fulfilling those needs with printed or digital materials. Manage multiple projects with stringent deadlines while maintaining excellence in the final outcome of each project. Perform quality control checks on all work before finalization in print or digital media. Strong communication and marketing skills.
