Weaspire to become a trusted advisor, an informed teacher, and a conciergeto guide and improve the confusing experience of owning, managing, andgrowing a small business.To do this we must be accessible, we must be as dynamic and adaptive astheir lifestyle is, and we must be present in the lives of these customers.So we have committed to building field-based regional teams that engage smallbusinesses in their own communities and on their terms.As aLocal Market Leaderyou will be assisting small businesses to thrive and togrow the Spark brand in an industry changing way.You will be responsible forbuilding a high performing team locally based team that delivers against thedefined objectives for their area ofresponsibility.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Deliver superior growth and profit by meeting or exceeding targets in purchasevolume, new account acquisition, account penetration, profit, cost,productivity etc. across their local market while providing an outstandingcustomerexperience.Provide sales & customer development leadership and direction and programmanagement within their market.Build a dynamic sales and customer development culture and assist their clientdevelopment team in achieving their account acquisition and purchasevolumegoals.Participate in strategic / tactical planning process with the CustomerDevelopment leadership team and the B2B Acquisition team to drive growth,market share, revenue, cross-sell, sales force growth andproductivity, targeted market penetration, customer retention and profitgoals.Ensure that all customer and prospect interactions are conducted in accordancewith Capital One legal and compliance and regulatory guidelines.Champion effective partnerships with the various headquarters based supportteams and local Retail and Small Business banking and Commercial bankrelationships throughout their market.Select, orientate, train, coach, develop, motivate and conduct jointwork with their team of Customer Development ManagerBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or military experienceAt least 3 years of Sales Management experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management5 years of outside customer sales experience5 year experience leading a tea
